Role Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in McHenry, IL. The licensed clinician will be responsible for scheduling, assessing, diagnosing, treatment planning, individual therapy with adults, children and adolescents, family therapy, and couples therapy and writing a clinical note. Qualifications
- 2 years of therapeutic experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Licensed or certified in relevant field (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- LCPC or LMFT or LCSW
- LPC (clinical supervision offered)
What We Need
- Full-time licensed clinicians willing to see a minimum of 22 sessions per week
- Part-time licensed clinicians willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week
- Individuals willing to work with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples
- Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours
- Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care to name a few
- Individuals who enjoy being a part of team and working together to professionally develop
What We Offer

- LCPC/LCSW/LMFT – Open to LPC with outpatient experience - will offer clinical supervision
- Fee for Service Productivity Model - unlimited/uncapped earnings/dependent on revenue brought into the practice (via insurance payments and client copays) by the clinician.
