Innovative Psychology Counseling Services, Inc. is a private counseling practice dedicated to providing the highest quality therapeutic mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to assist individuals, children, couples and families through their most difficult and challenging times.
We serve clients from childhood to adulthood. We assist clients experiencing difficulty with relationships, parenting difficulties, worry, feelings of hopelessnesss, mood fluxuations, low self-worth, ADHD, personality disorders, codependency, grief/loss, anger management, current and past trauma, lack of assertiveness and healthy boundaries.
We provide Diagnostic Assessment, Individual, Couples and Family therapy and Effective Parenting Training to clients who are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.
We use many therapeutic techniques: CBT, DBT, Client Centered,
Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Trauma-based, Substance Abuse and Co-occurring.

Lisa M. Sabol, MA, LCPC is the owner and counselor specializing in Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Co-occurring disorders. She has been practicing since 2006 and provides a non-judgmental, client centered approach to any challenges your family or you are experiencing.

Gisella Foto, MS, LCPC has been working with adults, families, children, adolescents and couples since 2008. Gisella focuses on individual needs and customizes her therapeutic services per case. She uses her therapeutic experience in substance abuse, mental health, family systems, and co-occurring in treating all factors that may be contributing to distress in their lives.
